Our primary CAD packages are Unigraphics NX5 and Catia V5. We also run NX6, NX4, and NX3 which are very compatible with the newest I-deas products. For those of you migrating to Unigraphics from I-deas, we are here to help. We offer competitive support services (Q & A) for all Unigraphics versions.

The Unigraphics interface has greatly enhanced cross platform data exchanges with I-deas to virtually any CAD package or platform. I-deas .pkg and .xpk files can now be opened directly in Unigraphics NX5.

bestCADsolutions, Inc. will convert your I-deas drawings to any format. We can transfer and translate all of your model and drawing geometry off site. There is no need to interrupt your normal routine. Batch programs are available for large projects.

Files to GM are no problem. bestCADsolutions now uses the new Checkmate file checker to pre-check your files into GM in NX3. Your files no longer need to go through AutoWeb. Give us a call and save yourself a lot of money and grief trying to properly format GM files. We also use the GM DCS Toolkit and have all of the latest GM formats in house, including Powertrain.
